Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be brand new, unused, and with original tags attached.
• We accept returns for change of mind, exchanges, or refunds within this period, must be unused.

How to Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@bowron.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we’ll send the replacement after we receive the original item in unused condition.
